Our story began in 2023 when a groom very dear to our hearts needed an expensive medical procedure requiring extensive recovery which would keep him away from the work he loves. Our barn came together to raise funds to help him- and then the conversation grew into so much more.

Groom Wellness Fund exists to provide various forms of support and encouragement to our beloved grooms. We see the value they bring to the table, the way they keep barns and horse shows running smoothly, and the way our horses absolutely love them. We notice when they give a horse an extra pat or slip a mint to them when they return to the barn row after competing. We see them when they welcome us back from a round, eager to know how we did, invested in our experience and success. And we see the risks they take working with such large animals.
